This role is ideal for someone who has excellent writing skills, a deep passion for sharing their expertise through blogs, videos, infographics, and has an interest in building out a Content Marketing team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating marketing content for a technical and business user audience in the BI & Analytics landscape.

What you’ll do

Your overall goal is to establish thought leadership in specific topics using a well-defined content marketing strategy. Toward this objective, you will

  • Define ICP and target keywords for content generation for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU articles
  • Define and prioritize the content calendar for each quarter and each sprint. Content could be blogs, videos, customer case studies, email newsletters, social media posts, and more.
  • Define outline, create content, images, CTAs, etc and go through the full cycle of content creation.
  • For technical content, set up the technical environment, create prototypes and/or innovative solutions, and create demo videos and step-by-step manuals.
  • Distribute the content across various social media channels and schedule posts using HubSpot
  • Answer questions in community forums and platforms like Quora and Reddit to generate high-quality backlinks
  • Track the analytics from the published content, measure the effectiveness, and refine the existing content.
Who you are
  • You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience writing blogs on technology, SaaS products, or similar products focused on B2B IT or business technology users.
  • You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • You have deep knowledge of Google Analytics, KPIs, and Reporting to continuously optimize Content to increase organic traffic, reduce bounce rates and improve lead quality.
  • You are social media savvy – know how to replicate and post social media content based on blogs and other forms of content.
  • You have experience creating content calendars on a quarterly and monthly basis
  • Availability to work at least a few hours per day in CET afternoon & PST morning hours since you will be coordinating with the Head of Demand Generation based in Germany, teams in India, and the CEO based in the US.
It’ll be nice if you have experience in the following areas:
  • Experience in building and leading a content marketing team
  • Knowledge of SEM and analytics to improve content marketing
  • Degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
