Guidanz Inc. is seeking an Oracle Financials Cloud (OFC) reporting expert. The role involves using your functional and technical knowledge to create dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI and Tableau.

No worries about moving the data from Oracle to Power BI or Tableau. Our product, the BI Connector, has you covered on that part! We are looking for your expertise to understand customer requirements and create bespoke solutions using our BI Connector platform for Enterprise customers in North America, the Middle East, and Europe.

What you will do

In this pivotal role, you have an opportunity to create and deliver solutions that accelerate the reporting and Analytics journey for OFC users. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Talk to the customers and identify the type of reports and dashboards that OFC business users need
  2. Identify the data required from OFC for each report/dashboard and the appropriate charts to help the users consume insights visually
  3. Create Data Models and Analysis in Oracle OTBI to support your reporting
  4. Collaborate closely with our in-house BI Connector experts to get the required data from Data Models and Analysis to Power BI
  5. Create Power BI reports and bring the reports and charts mentioned in point #2 to life via dashboards and reporting templates
  6. Present the reports to potential business users, gather feedback, and improve continually
Must-have requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Financials/OFC products
  2. A good grasp of the OFC schemas – both in the Fusion Database and Subject Areas
  3. Experience with creating Data Models, BI Publisher Reports, Analysis, Jobs, and Agents in Oracle Fusion
  4. Well-versed in writing SQL Queries
  5. A prior customer-facing role with strong communication skills and proven ability to create and present Oracle Financials reporting solutions to Enterprise customers
  6. Prior Power BI reporting experience
  7. Experience in leading or building a team is an added advantage
