Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Cycle Sales Development Representative (FC-SDR) to become part of our rapidly expanding SaaS product, BI Connector. As a FC-SDR, your foremost mission will involve creating fresh business prospects and catalyzing revenue expansion through proactive engagement with potential clients. We are specifically seeking an outcome-focused candidate possessing outstanding communication proficiencies, a demonstrated track record in successfully finalizing deals, and a firsthand grasp of enterprise-level sales cycles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting: Utilize various proactive outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and targeted initiatives, to identify and engage potential enterprise-level leads.
  2.  Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations and initiate meaningful conversations.
  3. Qualification and Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to deeply understand their business objectives, pain points, and challenges. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the alignment of our solutions with their requirements.
  4. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies. Gain a deep understanding of their organizational structure, buying processes, and decision-making dynamics to effectively navigate complex sales environments.
  5. Solution Presentation and Demonstrations: Articulate the unique value proposition of our products and services to prospects. Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations that address the specific needs and goals of enterprise clients.
  6. Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, set realistic timelines, handle objections and negotiations, and drive opportunities towards successful outcomes.
  7. Sales Analytics and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress within our CRM system. Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline, revenue, and funnel conversion rates.
  8. Continuous Learning and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving enterprise sales methodologies. Share insights, best practices, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the sales team.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, providing feedback and insights to enhance targeting and messaging strategies. Ensure a seamless handoff of leads and maintain consistent communication to align efforts across departments.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on SDR experience within the realm of B2B SaaS companies, specializing in selling products ranging from 5 to 6 figures
  • Experience selling to Saudi Arabian and UAE Enterprise Customers, showcasing an in-depth understanding of their distinct requirements and sales dynamics.
  • Exceptional closing skills: Proficiency in navigating complex sales processes, negotiation, objection handling, and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication: Demonstrates a flawless command of the English and the Arabic language, exhibiting strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of clearly and compellingly articulating complex concepts while maintaining exceptional grammatical accuracy. Exhibits active listening skills to thoroughly comprehend client needs and adeptly address concerns, ensuring effective communication at all times.
  • Relationship building: Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within enterprise organizations. Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented: Proactive approach to sales, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Proficiency in leveraging data and sales analytics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Technical aptitude: Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines. Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-based sales environment. Willingness to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Residency: Although we are a remote-first company, for this position, you must reside in Saudi Arabia or UAE to be eligible.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with sales automation tools.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Analytics Solutions (OBIEE, OAC, OTBI, OAS, and Oracle Fusion Analytics Applications), Power BI and Tableau ecosystem solutions.
  • Previous experience with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or technology.
  • Business, Marketing, or Software Engineering degrees are a plus.
