Guidanz Inc. is seeking an Oracle ERP/Financials Cloud (OFC) subject matter expert with functional knowledge on the Financials/EPM and technical knowledge on the Oracle Analytics & Reporting. The role involves using your functional and technical expertise to define, build, and deliver financial reporting and analytics solutions for the world’s leading organizations.

What you will do

In this pivotal role, you have an opportunity to create and deliver solutions that accelerate the reporting and Analytics journey for Oracle ERP users. Your responsibilities include:

  1. You will participate in and lead customer demos, PoCs, and onboarding meetings to learn about Oracle ERP/Financials analytics and reporting requirements.
  2. Using our BI Connector product, you will define and deliver analytics and reporting solutions in Power BI or Tableau that meet and exceed the expectations of our customers
  3. You will present the BI Connector based solutions to potential business users, gather feedback, and improve continually.
Must-have requirements
  1. A minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Oracle ERP/Financials/OFC products
  2. Solid understanding of the CFO needs, EPM, Oracle Financials and related subject matter areas.
  3. A good grasp of the OFC schemas – both in the Fusion Database and Subject Areas
  4. Experience with creating Data Models, BI Publisher Reports, Analysis, Jobs, and Agents in Oracle Fusion
  5. Well-versed in writing SQL Queries
  6. A prior customer-facing role with strong communication skills and proven ability to create and present Oracle Financials/EPM analytics, reporting solutions to Enterprise customers
  7. Prior Power BI reporting experience
  8. Experience in leading or building a team is an added advantage
